To order by mail or fax simply download and print our New Customer forms. Fill the forms out and mail the to GlobalDrugsDirect.com or fax them to our toll-free fax number.

For prescription items     only please fax in your prescription(s) along with the New Customer Forms.   Items do not require prescription(s).

Once all required forms are received, a Customer Service Specialists will contact you to confirm your order.

All faxed orders will be confirmed and processed within 48 hours of receiving your fax. If you don’t have a fax machine, ask your doctor’s office if they will fax the forms for you, or use a fax service available at many postal or office services.
